中文摘要: 本项目研究的核心技术是神经网络技术,关键技术为基于神经网络的模型误差补偿技术。研究目标是利用模型误差补偿技术,建立高精度的区域电离层延迟改正模型和预报模型,并分析研究区域电离层的时空变化特征。项目研究成果将为航天活动、通讯、导航和我国太空发展计划作出积极贡献。具体研究内容包括:(1)神经网络BP算法改进研究,改进与完善申请人创新的神经网络H-BP算法;(2)基于H-BP算法,实现模型误差补偿的神经网络模型,希望能在解决这个国际测绘难题方面取得一定突破;(3)基于CORS(连续运行参考站),实现电离层TEC(总电子含量)提取算法;(4)基于模型误差补偿技术,建立高精度的区域电离层延迟改正模型;(5)对区域电离层的时空变化特征进行分析;(6)基于模型误差补偿技术,建立区域电离层预报模型,期望模型精度有较大提高。

英文摘要: The method of compensating model error based on neural network is the key technology of this research program. The aim of this research program is to build the regional ionospheric delay correction model and the regional ionospheric forecast model with high accuracy based on the method of compensating model error, and to analyze the spatio-temporal variation characteristics of the ionospheric TEC (Total Electron Content). The research production will make contribution on the spaceflight activity, the communication, the navigation and the outer space development program of China. The research contents include as follows: (1) To improve the H-BP (High efficiency BP) algorithm developed by the proposer (Dr. Wusheng HU); (2) To build the neural network model for compensating model error based on the H-BP algorithm; (3) To develop the software for calculating the ionospheric TEC based on the CORS (Continuous Operational Reference System); (4) To build the regional ionospheric delay correction model with high accuracy based on the method of compensating model error; (5) To analyze the spatio-temporal variation characteristics of the regional ionospheric TEC; (6) To build the regional ionospheric forecast model with high accuracy based on the method of compensating model error.
