中文摘要: 可重构滤波器是未来智能化无线系统的关键组成器件。研究既能满足小型化、集成化要求,又能够实现宽频带、多频段工作的高性能可重构滤波器是极富挑战性的基础性研究课题,也是智能化无线通信和雷达系统的迫切需求。本项目旨在研究基于基片集成波导的电磁二维可重构带通滤波器,以解决智能化无线系统对具有大调节范围、带宽和波形可控特性的可重构滤波器的设计与应用需求。研究包括:(1)电磁二维可重构的物理工作机制研究;(2)电磁二维可重构带通滤波器综合设计方法;(3)多频段、小型化电磁二维可重构基片集成波导滤波器的关键实现技术研究。通过理论分析、电磁仿真和实验验证,建立起高精度的可重构滤波器设计、分析和综合方法,为高性能小型化的电磁二维可重构滤波器设计提供最佳的体系结构、可靠的理论依据、高效精确的设计方法以及经过原理性实验验证的初始模型。

英文摘要: Reconfigurable filter is an essential component in smart wireless communication systems. How to get the reconfigurable filters which can meet the requirements of miniaturization, integration and better functionality within wideband is not only an extremely challenging fundamental research, but also the urgent needs for multiband and multifunctional wireless communication systems. In this proposal, compact reconfigurable filters with large tuning range and high flexibility in bandwidth and filter shape reconfiguration will be researched by using simultaneous electric and magnetic two-dimensionally tuning method. The research are including: (1) the investigation on the key physical mechanism of simultaneous electric and magnetic two-dimensionally reconfiguration; (2) the theoretical methodology for the synthesis of electric and magnetic two-dimensionally tuned bandpass filters and the application to design of tunable filters with independent control of center frequency, bandwidth and filter response shape; (3) the key techniques of efficiently designing and realizing multiband, multi-degree reconfigurable filters with simultaneous electric and magnetic two-dimensionally tuning. By theoretical analysis, electromagnetic simulation and experimental verification, the method of design, analysis and synthesis of reconfigurable filters with high precision will be established. Furthermore, the best architecture, reliable theoretical analysis, high-efficiency design method, and some initial models verified by principle experiments will be provided for high-performance and compact electric and magnetic two-dimensionally tuned parameter-agile SIW filters.
