中文摘要: 随着无线通信技术的飞速发展,通信系统的低成本小型化高度集成化成为其大规模普及的瓶颈。天线作为系统中不可或缺的关键部件,是系统小型化高度集成化的难点部分。本项目在国际上率先采用基片集成波导(SIW)技术结合背腔天线设计方法解决了高性能天线的小型化平面集成化问题。研制了针对不同应用场合的一系列线极化、圆极化、双频双线性极化和圆极化可重构天线,以及相应的阻抗频带展宽技术、增益提高技术和尺寸缩减技术。根据本项目提出的设计方法研制出的一系列新型天线将保留微带天线的低成本小型化易共形易集成和传统背腔天线与金属波导裂缝天线的高性能辐射特性的优点。整个天线在单层介质基片完全实现,可采用廉价的单层PCB 工艺大批量制作,能与后续的收发电路完全无缝平面集成,既提高了系统的性能又降低了系统的体积、重量和成本。

英文摘要: With rapid development of wireless communication technology, miniaturized, low-cost and highly integrated systems are in great demand, in which antennas are the difficulties for their unique operating mechanism. In this project substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) technique combined with cavity backed antenna and waveguide slot circularly polarized antenna was firstly adopted to realize miniaturized and planarly integrated antennas. Four series of antennas based on the proposed method were investigated, which are linearly polarized antennas, circularly polarized antennas, dual frequency dual linearly polarized antennas and reconfigurable circularly polarized antennas respectively. In the meanwhile, some techniques of impedance and AR bandwidth improvement, gain enhancement, size reduction were also studied. These novel antennas keep advantages of microstrip antennas such as low cost, light weight, low profile, and good conformability. In addition, they still keep good radiation performance as that of conventional metallic cavity backed antennas including high gain, high front to back ratio, high cross polarization level etc. The whole antennas can be completely constructed on a single substrate, easily fabricated by standard PCB process and seamlessly integrated with the following circuits.
