中文摘要: 数控加工系统是机床-工件-刀具密切作用的系统,目前其能效方面的研究多关注机床电能消耗,忽视了刀具、切削液、工装等辅助资源产生的间接能量消耗。数控加工的工艺条件对能量效率有显著的影响,但目前对两者之间的映射关系与作用机理研究较少,缺乏一套面向能效的工艺规划理论和方法。本项目提出数控加工系统广义能量效率的概念,系统分析广义能量流的构成特性,建立面向比能和能量利用率的广义能量效率模型;其次,建立不同工艺条件下典型数控加工工艺的能效实验模型,揭示数控加工工艺参数、工艺路线与广义能效的映射关系与作用机理;在此基础上,深入研究面向广义能效的数控加工工艺参数、工艺路线多目标集成优化模型与方法;最后选取典型数控加工工艺开展实验验证和应用研究。本项目将形成一套面向广义能量效率的数控加工工艺规划理论与方法,可为量大面广的数控加工系统能效优化与提升提供支撑,具有广阔的应用前景。

英文摘要: CNC machining system is a system of close interaction among the machine tool, work piece, tool and other auxiliary resources. Currently, the researches of energy efficiency mainly focus on power consumption of machine tool, ignoring indirect energy consumption caused by the auxiliary resources such as cutting tool, cutting fluid, tooling and so on. CNC machining process conditions have significant effect on the energy efficiency, but the current research on the relationship between those is not enough, and there is a lack of a set of process planning theory and method for energy efficiency. So this project proposes the concept of generalized energy efficiency, analyzes the characteristics of generalized energy flow, and establishes two generalized energy efficiency models for specific energy and energy utilization rate. Then we establish typical CNC machining process energy efficiency experiment model under different process conditions, to reveal the relationship and mechanism among the CNC machining process parameters, the process route and generalized energy efficiency. On these bases, we further study the multi-objective optimization models of CNC machining process parameters, process routes considering generalized energy efficiency. At last, some typical CNC machining processes are selected to carry out the application research. This project will form a set of process planning theory and method for CNC machining considering generalized energy efficiency, which can provide technical support of energy efficiency optimization and improvement for varies CNC machining system, so it have vast application prospects.
