中文摘要: 在光纤骨干传输链路向着高速、大容量、长距离不断发展的过程中,传输链路中的各种色散效应(CD、PMD等)对信号的传输质量的影响愈发突出,为了实现对传输链路的色散在线管理以及光信号质量的实时监控,我们必须对传输链路进行实时色散在线监测。本研究针对光传输链路中CD、PMD效应与光信号之间的相互作用机理进行了深入分析,初步构建了一套CD、PMD在线监测理论与方法,并在此基础上将深入开展基于光频谱间相位差探测法的CD、PMD在线监测关键技术研究,实现光纤链路中一阶到高阶(4阶)色散的动态高精度监测,为链路色散在线管理和链路实时诊断提供参考依据。本研究提出的监测方法具有监测范围可调谐、色散极性可区分、监测时延短、对传输系统不引人额外损失等优点。该研究对3U光传输系统及动态全光网络的发展具有重大意义。

英文摘要: With the development of ultra-fast, ultra-long haul, and large-capacity for the optical transmission system, fiber chromatic dispersion effects(CD,PMD) on the transmission system is growing. For the sake of online managing dispersion and realtime monitoring signal quality, we must research on dispersion inline monitoring in optical transmission links. In our researching, the action mechanism between dispersion and optical signal was analysed in deeply, and both of the primary theory and method for dispersion monitoring have been proposed. We are developing key technology for dispersion monitoring that based on the method of spectrum phase difference detection, to realize dynamic monitoring all order chromatic dispersion (CD,from first order to fourth order) and porlarization mode dispersion(PMD),the monitoring results would be provided to optical links diagnosing and dispersion compensation units. the proposed scheme has a lot of advantages, such as tunable monitoring range, dispersion polarity can be distinguish, monitoring delay was short, and there no additional channel penalty during monitoring progressing. This researching has significance for 3U (ultra high-speed,ultra long-haul, ultra capacity) optical transceiver system and dynamic all optical network.
