中文摘要: 本项目结合化学、材料、生物以及医学微生物学等多学科交叉优势,通过静电或疏水相互作用自组装构建共轭聚合物-微生物群体感应系统。探索该体系的生物信号传输过程与规律,深入研究群体感应系统在细菌耐药性形成中的调控作用,从中找出淬灭细菌群体感应的方法,提出解决细菌耐药性的新思路和新方法,发展用于细菌耐药性相关的新型识别与检测体系,为重大疾病的诊断与治疗奠定重要的基础。本项目不但可以推动细菌耐药性形成控制、抗感染治疗及抗生素的研究技术的发展,还为共轭聚合物在生物医药领域的应用提供了新的模式。

英文摘要: The project exerts multidisciplinary advantage about chemistry, materials, biology and medical microbiology to build self-assembled conjugated polymer - microbial quorum sensing systems through electrostatic or hydrophobic interactions. The goal is to explore the biological signal transmission process and the rule of the system and to find out quenching bacterial quorum sensing method. The research contents include: in-depth study of the regulation of quorum sensing system in the form of bacterial drug resistance; putting forward new ideas and new bacterial resistance solutions and development of bacterial resistance associated with the new recognition and detection system. This project will lays an important foundation for the diagnosis and treatment of major diseases, which not only promotes the formation of bacterial resistance to control and develop anti-infective therapy and antibiotics research techniques, but also provides a new model for conjugated polymers used in the biomedical field.
