中文摘要: 针对我国重型机械的履带系统中普遍存在的摩擦磨损严重,以及由此产生的功率损耗大,产品可靠性和使用寿命低的问题,采用理论研究、数值仿真、实验研究和工程验证相结合的方法,研究重型机械的履带系统摩擦磨损因素的评价和模拟,重型机械的履带系统摩擦学和动力学系统耦合建模与分析,重型机械的履带系统性能损失和关键零部件寿命评估技术研究,研究开发支持摩擦学动力学耦合的重型机械履带系统仿真软件平台原型,并进行履带系统关键摩擦副摩擦磨损实验及整机实验研究。项目工作对于重型机械(包括履带式工程机械产品和军事装备等)的履带系统降低摩擦功率损耗,提高可靠性和使用寿命等方面具有较高的理论研究意义和国防军事、国民经济应用价值。

英文摘要: Friction and wear are significant problems in track system of heavy machinery, which mainly contributes to power loss, poor reliability and low useful life. Combining theoretical study, numerical simulation, experimental test and engineering validation, friction and wear factors evaluation and simulation, tribological-dynamics coupling modeling and analysis, and performance degradation and service life evaluation for key parts are discussed and analyzed for tracked system of heavy machinery. Simulation software platform prototype for tribological-dynamics coupling on track system of heavy machinery is built. Laboratorial and field test is carried out to validate proposed methods and software platform. Research presented here is expected to decrease power loss and enhance reliability and life, showing good prospects in national defense and practical engineering application as well as profound theoretic significance.
