中文摘要: 发展特高压交直流联网,实现长距离、大规模输电,全面提升电网的输电能力,是我国电网发展的主要任务。随着超大规模交直流混合电网在我国的逐步建成,迫切需要进行交直流混合电网输电能力的研究,然而至今尚无适用的理论和方法指导。本项目创造性地进行交直流混合电网输电能力研究,综合采用大系统可靠性理论、随机过程和随机优化、控制理论等多学科交叉理论和方法,对交直流混合电网输电能力评估方法及广义灵敏度分析进行系统研究,探索一套交直流混合电网输电能力计算模型及方法;研究考虑不确定性因素的交直流混合电网输电能力评估方法及评价指标体系;研究输电能力的广义灵敏度分析方法,为改善电网输电能力提供方法指导。研究成果将填补交直流混合电网输电能力研究的空白,对大电网互联方案的选择、规划和运行具有重要的理论和实际指导意义,并能服务于有关的工程或为形成相应的技术规范提供理论依据。

英文摘要: It is the main task of electric network development in China to explore ultra high voltage AC/DC connection, to realize long distance and large size power transmission, and comprehensively promote whole transfer capability. With the presence of large scale AC/DC systems in China, it is urgent to research AC/DC systems transmission transfer capability analysis methodlogy, whereas there is no suitable theory and methodology available at present. This project intends to make creative research on the evaluation models and approaches of AC/DC systems transmission transfer capability. Multi-subject cross theory and methodlogies, such as large systems reliability theory, stochastic process and stochastic optimization, control theory, etc, are adopted to analyze and evaluate the AC/DC systems transmission transfer capability and make generalized sensitivity anlysis. The objectives of this research are to exploit AC/DC systems transmission transfer capability calculation models and approaches, study the relevant evaluation methods and evaluation indices when uncertainties are considered, research transmission capability generalized sensitivity analysis approach which could be used to provide the technical guidline for improving the transmission capability. This research is expected to supply a gap in the area of AC/DC systems tramsnission capability research, and provide effective theoritical and methodological guidelines for large scale power network planning, operation and control. The research achivements would be of significance.
