中文摘要: 电控吸附技术有着广阔的应用背景,特别在攀爬机器人小型化设计中拥有自身独特的优越性;电控吸附技术具有功耗低、噪声小、易于小型化设计等优点,但缺点在于吸附力相对较小,在使用过程中易受到外界环境污染。如果对电极吸附阵列结构进行优化,对其表面进行修饰,得到的电极阵列将吸附力更大、性能更优。本项目拟通过对电极阵列的模型构建,实现电极及阵列结构的优化设计;基于电流变理论,结合纳米颗粒的点位调控,制备超亲/疏水性电流变胶体;利用分子自组装技术,构筑具有自清洁功能的复合电极阵列;深入研究梳状电极阵列及电流变胶协调作用机制,探索纳米颗粒的点位调控机理及电流变胶与电极阵列间枝接的定向组装方法,并对复合电极阵列的功能进行分析,总结其中的规律,相关的研究和突破,将有望实现复合电极阵列的原始创新,为进一步研发新型吸附器件奠定基础,为电控吸附技术的深层次研究提供理论依据和技术支持。

英文摘要: Electro adhesion technology has potential usage in many fields, especially in climbing robot miniature. Electrode adhesion array has many virtues such as low power-consuming, small noise and miniaturized design, at the same time, the array structure has some drawbacks(e.g.small adhesion force, being prone to polluted by contamination etc). The character and function of the electrode array could be improved by structure optimization and array surface processing. In this project, the array structure will be optimized based on the model construction. The self-cleaning compound electrode array with hydrophobic property will be producted based on Nano particle position regulation through molecule self assemble technology.Adhesion distribution rule, character of electrical breakdown and self-cleaning ability of the electrode array will be studied deeply. The Nano particle position regulation approach and the directional assembling technology between electro rheological gel and electrode array will be explored and the rules will be concluded. Related research and breakthroughs on electrode adhesion array will not only bring hopes for model construction of self-cleaning compound electrode array, but also be bound to enhance the original innovation of our country, make solid foundation for novel adhesion instrument devel
