中文摘要: 自由表面捕捉的数值模拟的研究因其广泛的应用而备受关注,但由于自由表面的形状及空间位置随时间的变化而不断变化,而且这种变化与流体的运动特征及边界条件紧密相联的,使得自由表面的准确捕捉成为计算流体力学研究领域中的一个难点问题。现有的自由表面捕捉的计算方法常遇有因数值扩散而引起的自由表面模糊的问题、计算稳定性难以实现的问题。针对这些问题,本研究致力于研发出一种新的自由表面捕捉方法,该方法通过人为地方式引进体积流,将其作用在自由表面的法线方向上,实现抵消数值扩散而使自由表面保持清晰,自由表面断裂及重建的流动过程是通过使用代数移动法计算。该算法通过对离散方法的改进,实现提高计算速度及确保计算稳定性。此外研究了新方法与表面张力间的耦合。本项目也的成功实施,不仅可用于更准确地数值模拟现实生活中各类自由表面流动的问题,而且这种人为地对数值扩散的修正方式会给其他数值算法研究者提供个参考。

英文摘要: The numerical simulation of free surface capturing is still a hot topic due to its wide variety of applications. However, the shape of free surface and its position in space are varied with the time. The variation is closely related with the feature of the flow and its boundary conditions. That makes it kept as a challenge to accurately capture free surface in the computational fluid dynamics. The existing numerical methods for capturing free surface have such problems as: free surface smearing caused by numerical diffusion; numerical instability or numerical stability achieved at the sacrifice of much smaller time step. Under these circumstances, this study is focused on developing a novel free surface capturing method, in which an artificial flux is introduced in the direction normal to the free surface to counter the numerical diffusion and keep the free surface sharp. The break and reconstruction of the surface is calculated by Algebraic Slip Method. By optimizing the discretization techniques, computational speed is enhanced without numerical instability problem. In addition, it is vestigated to couple the novel free surface algorithm with surface tension.
