中文摘要: 随着脉冲功率技术在军用及民用领域的快速发展,脉冲功率系统实现小型化、固态化和重频化成为必然趋势。脉冲形成线作为脉冲功率系统的重要组成部分,目前的水介质或油介质脉冲形成线是制约脉冲功率系统小型化和轻型化的主要技术瓶颈之一。玻璃陶瓷纳米复合介电材料由于具有高介电常数和高击穿场强,作为脉冲形成线储能介质展现出了良好的应用前景。项目申请者拟通过大尺寸玻璃陶瓷介质制备技术、电极及封装工艺的研究,研制小型化全固态脉冲形成线,并开展重频脉冲输出特性以及充放电寿命的研究,建立玻璃陶瓷介电性能以及电极和封装工艺对固态形成线输出波形和寿命的影响规律,探索重频工作条件下的形成线损伤机理。为重频固态脉冲形成线的发展提供理论基础,推动脉冲功率技术进步。

英文摘要: With the rapid development of pulsed power technology in military and civilian fields, miniaturization,solid-state and repetition frequency of pulsed power system are the inevitable trend. As the important part of pulsed power system, the pulse forming line filled with water or oil is becoming one of the key bottlenecks in the miniaturization of pulsed power system. Due to high dielectric constant and high electric breakdown strength of glass ceramics, it shows a good potential for the pulse forming line application. In the project, compact solid-state pulse forming line will be fabricated through investigating large-size glass ceramics, electrode and encapsulation process. repetitive pulse peculiarity and the lifetime of the pulse forming line will be studied. The relation between the pulse properties of pulse forming line and dielectric properties of glass ceramics, electrode and encapsulation will be built. The damage machanism of pulse forming line under repetitive frequency will be discussed.It will provide theoretical guidance for the development of repetitive solid-state pulse forming line and promote the progress of pulsed power technology.
