中文摘要： 本项目在基于利益相关者契约关系的项目治理模型基础上，结合复杂产品系统组织结构随项目阶段变化而动态调整的特征，对其项目治理的核心问题展开深入研究。一方面从项目组织结构治理有效性入手，识别组织结构特征、界定主要角色的责权，引入敏捷性因素，分析CoPS项目实施各阶段组织结构特征对敏捷性的影响及其作用机制；另一方面，针对项目治理的主要角色- - 系统集成商和合作单位治理有效性进行探讨：以契约为基础，将原有的合作创新博弈模型拓展到更贴近项目实施环境的情形，分阶段建立博弈模型并求解，构建激励约束机制来改善CoPS项目治理有效性，同时，以沟通为基础，通过多案例研究分析沟通机制在系统集成商与合作单位知识转移、实现项目绩效等方面的作用。在理论上期望实现对项目组织治理理论新的补充，在实践上希望能够指导系统集成商提高CoPS治理效率，实现项目目标。

英文摘要： Project organization governance model is built based on contract relationship between stakeholders in Complex Product and Systems(CoPS), and the dynamic adjustment model of project organization structure is confirmed in each stage from demand analysis, system structure design, module development to system integration. Then the key issues of project organization governance of CoPS include two respects, the one is the governance validity for the dynamic adjustment project organization structure, the other is effectiveness of governance mechanism between system company and cooperative unit. Therefor, this study will do the furth research for the two key problems. For one thing, organization structure characteristics, responsebilities for main stakeholders and agility factors will be distinguished firstly in the different stage of CoPS, then the theory model based on three dimensions "organization structure characteristics -agility-benefits of complex product and systems" will be established to explore the effect of project organization structure governance. For another, this study will establish the games models in order to analysis the strategy between system company and cooperative unit in the different stages of CoPS.
