中文摘要: 具有纳米相复合结构的互不溶体系合金是一类具有重要工程价值的高性能材料体系。本项研究拟用机械合金化方法,在互不溶体系中制备出纳米相复合结构的粉体,通过后续处理获得具有不同纳米相尺寸、内应变的试样。利用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜等手段深入研究在温度场单独作用下,具有不同纳米相尺寸、内应变的纳米相复合结构中相的长大行为,并在温度场和电场以及温度场和磁场联合作用下,纳米相复合结构中相的长大行为。揭示不同初始状态对纳米相复合结构中相长大行为的影响,认识电场和磁场对纳米相复合结构中相长大行为的影响。本项研究将进一步发展纳米相复合结构的稳定性理论,对于具有纳米相复合结构的互不溶体系合金的应用具有指导作用。

英文摘要: Nanophase composite in immiscible system is a kind of high performance materials system possessed engineering value. In this project, nanophase composite was synthesized by mechanical alloying in immiscible systems, then obtain samples possess with different nanophase size and internal strain by subsequent treatment Nanophase growth behavior in nanophase composite alloy possess with different nanophase size and internal strain, etc, under temperature field was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and so on. Nanophase growth behavior was also studied under combined temperature and electric field, temperature and magnetic field. Its aim for revealed the effect of different initial state on the nanophase growth behavior in nanophase composite alloy, and understood the effect of electric field and magnetic field. This research is conductive to development stability theory of nanophase composite alloy and instructed the application of nanophase composite in immiscible system.
