中文摘要: 作为智能电网的关键基础设备之一,光学电流互感器(Optical Current Transformer,简称OCT)测量的准确性和稳定性直接关系到电网的安全稳定和经济运行。针对OCT的关键参数受外界因素影响而时变的问题,传统上采用隔离外界影响因素等方法。本申请的思路是通过所提出的复合反馈传感技术以获取OCT的时变的关键参数,进而研究关键参数与材料和影响因素之间的作用机理,从而得到消除OCT参数时变的方法。首先研究光学电流互感器的复合传感技术,提出复合传感光路结构,推导出获取时变参数的方法;建立玻璃型光学传感分布参数模型,研究时变参数与影响因素和传感材料之间的作用机理,揭示出关键参数在影响因素和材料作用下的行为特性;研究时变参数实时高信噪比处理方法,提出应用获取的时变参数提高OCT测量准确性和稳定性的技术。本申请的研究可以为OCT的关键参数时变问题提供一种解决途径,为智能电网的推进做出贡献。

英文摘要: The accuracy and stability of Optical Current Transformer(OCT for short)has been related to the security and stability and operation of power grid as one of the key basic facility of smart grid. According to the key parmeter time verying problem of OCT, the action mechanism between key parmeter of materials and influencing factors is studied by applying the composite feedback sensing technology to obtain the key parameter,and the method of OCT parmeter time verying eliminated is derived in this requisition. At first, the composite sensing technology of OCT is studied to propose the structure of composite sensing optical path. The method of obtain the time verying parmeter is deduced. Secondly, the distributed parmeter model of the glass OCT is established. The action mechanism between time verying parmeter and influencing factor and sensing materials is studed to reveal the action characteristics by influencing factor and sensing matericals. At last, the method of time verying parmeter real-time and high signal-noise-ratio processing is studied, and the technology to improve the measurement accuracy and stability of OCT is deduced by applying the time verying parmeter obtained.
