中文摘要: 飞秒激光机器人在白内障手术中具有重要的应用前景和研究意义。本课题针对白内障飞秒激光机器人手术中的角膜切口制作、撕囊和激光乳化白内障晶体三项关键的手术环节,研究飞秒激光切割眼组织的生物作用机理,建立生物组织等离子体气化,热效应、冲击振动与激光参数的数学模型,优化切割过程的飞秒激光物理参数,减少切割过程的热效应和振动对切割边缘组织的损伤;通过实验数据分析,建立飞秒激光功率密度对眼底视神经的热损伤的的数学曲线,确定飞秒激光的能量安全阈值;研究角膜切口形状对术后愈合质量的影响,设计一种自定位角膜切口,并研究飞秒激光制作方法,解决手术性散光后遗症。针对眼球的复杂结构,研究一种精确运动的机器人轨迹控制算法;通过本项目研究,为飞秒激光机器人白内障手术的发展奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: Femtosecond laser robot has important application foreground and research significance in cataract surgery. For the femtosecond laser robot cataract operation, there are three key operation processes including the corneal incision, capsulorhexis and fragmentation nucleus. The biological effect mechanism of femtosecond laser cutting the ocular tissue is researched; Then established the mathematical models between the laser parameters and the three effects including bio tissue plasma gasification,heat effect and vibration. optimization of FS the physical parameters of laser cutting process. In order to reduce the damage of thermal effect and vibration for the edge of tissue in cutting process,t he laser physics parameters optimization are researched. The mathematical curves of thermal damage of laser power density on the optic nerve will be established through the analysis of the experimental data, and determine the energy safety threshold of femtosecond laser. The corneal incision shape will influence on the quality of healing after surgery. Design a perfect corneal incision, and study the femtosecond laser fabrication method able to overcome the operative-astigmatism sequela. In view of the complex structure of eyeball, the robot trajectory control algorithm will be researched.Through this project research, a theoretical foundation of femtosecond laser robot cataract surgeon will be developed.
