中文摘要: 花粉和柱头的相互作用是植物授粉识别过程的第一步,决定花粉在柱头上的黏附、水合和萌发过程。我们在前期研究中分离到一个拟南芥T-DNA插入突变体ups(ungerminated pollen on stigma),该突变体花粉体外萌发正常,但是不能在柱头上萌发,推测突变的花粉与柱头的识别发生障碍。UPS 编码的蛋白是SNF1/AMPK/SnRK1复合体的亚基,该复合体参与植物的糖信号转导。我们计划利用ups突变体为材料,研究SNF1/AMPK/SnRK1复合体参与调控花粉与柱头互作的分子机制,研究内容包括:1)分析UPS在调节花粉与柱头互作中的功能;2)鉴定UPS参与的SNF1/AMPK/SnRK1 复合体的组份;3)研究SNF1/AMPK/SnRK1复合体参与的糖信号在调控花粉与柱头识别过程中作用的分子机理。研究的结果将使人们对糖信号调控植物的授粉识别有新的认识。

英文摘要: The interaction between pollen grains and stigma is the first checkpoint in pollination recognition, which involved in pollen adhesions, hydration, and germination on stigma surface. In our previous study, we isolated an Arabidopsis T-DNA insertion mutant ups(ungerminated pollen on stigma). The ups pollen has normal morphology and can germination in vitro; however, the mutant pollen grains can not germination on the surface of stigma, which indicates that there is a disorder during the interaction between the ups pollen and the stigma. UPS coding a protein is a subunit of SNF1/AMPK/SnRK1 complex involved in sugar signaling pathway. We suggest that UPS functions in the interaction between pollen and stigma during pollination by implicated in sugar signaling. In this project, we plan to: 1) study the roles of UPS in the interaction between pollen and stigma; 2) identify the subunits of UPS-involved SNF1/AMPK/SnRK1 complex; 3) analysis the roles of SNF1/AMPK/SnRK1 complex function in the interaction between pollen and stigma. We wish our results could provide new view on the functions of sugar signaling in plant pollination recognition.
