中文摘要: 本项目对多层高温超导材料的物理性质进行研究。结合Hg系多层高温超导材料,在充分考虑层内相互作用的基础上,重点研究各种层间相互作用,如层间磁性关联,层间短程库伦相互作用等,对多层高温超导材料层间电荷分布的影响,研究多层高温超导材料中各种序的相互竞争,给出基态相图,以认识多层高温超导材料的结构与超导性质的关系,解释相应的物理现象,理解多层超导材料的超导的机制。结合Ba2Ca3Cu4O8F2,本项目研究多层自掺杂高温超导体的自掺杂机制以及可能的相分离。本项目密切结合实验,对多层高温超导材料的层间电荷分布,层间自掺杂机制,各种序的相互竞争等一系列问题进行研究,对进一步理解高温超导的机理,特别是超导反铁磁的竞争有所帮助,同时也将为寻求更高超导转变温度的超导材料提供有用的信息。

英文摘要: High-Tc superconductors have one or more CuO2 planes in a conducting block, which is separated by charge reservoir blocks. In the high-Tc superconductors with more than three CuO2 planes in a unit cell, there exist two inequivalent types of CuO2 planes; pyramidally-coordinated-outer planes and square-coordinated-inner planes. An example of these multilayer high-Tc superconductors is the Hg-based high-Tc superconconductors. In this project, we study the properties of the multilayer high Tc cuprates. To treat multilayer materials we consider various interlayer couplings, for example, the interlayer hopping, spin-spin coupling. We present a series of calculations, including the distribution of hole densities on the different layers, the competition of the antiferromagtic order and the pairing amplitude of superconducting order. The possible phase diagram of the ground state is obtained. We try to compare our calculated results with the experiments of Hg-based multilayer cuperconductors.
