中文摘要: 随着海上交通的快速发展,船舶溢油风险的日益增加。为减小溢油事故造成的经济损失和保护海上生态环境,对海上溢油污染进行实时跟踪显得十分紧迫和必要。基于浮标网络的溢油跟踪系统具有全天候、低成本的实时跟踪性能,因而开展相应的跟踪方法研究具有重要的科学意义。海上环境因素的复杂性和强耦合性使得基于浮标网络的溢油污染跟踪系统在建模时遭遇诸多的不确定性。从而增加了后续算法设计和性能分析的难度。因此,本项目以海上溢油污染跟踪系统为对象,以网络化的信息融合技术和自适应滤波技术为手段开展油污跟踪方法研究,重点解决海上油污跟踪过程中的若干个关键性科学问题,试图建立一套系统建模、跟踪算法设计、性能与风险评估的一体化方法,并做好实验验证与测试工作。本项目的主要研究内容如下:1)面向海上油污运动跟踪的系统动态建模理论研究;2)海上油污运动跟踪与趋势预测算法;3)算法性能与溢油风险的评估;4)基于仿真和实测数据验证研究。

英文摘要: With the development of maritime traffic, ship oil-spill risk is increasing. It is very urgent and necessary to real-time track oil-spill pollution in order to reduce economic losses caused by the oil-spill and protect the marine ecological environment. Oil-spill tracking system based on buoy network has all-weather, low-cost, real-time tracking performance. Therefore, research of the corresponding tracking methods has important scientific significance. Because of the complexity and strong coupling of the marine environmental factors, it makes many uncertainties (including noise uncertainty, state nonlinear constraints and measurements delay and packet loss, and so on) in modeling the oil-spill tracking system based on buoy network. These uncertainties enlarge the difficulty of subsequent algorithm design and performance analysis. This project takes the oil-spill pollution tracking system as the study object. Networked information fusion and adaptive filter technology are introduced to research tracking algorithms of oil-spill pollution. It is manly to solve a number of key scientific problems about tracking marine oil pollution, try to establish a integration method involving system modeling, tracking algorithm design, performance analysis and risk assessment, and make experimental verification and testing. The main research contents in this project will be carried out as follows: 1) The theory research of system dynamic modeling of marine oil-spill pollution tracking. 2) The study of marine oil-spill tracking and trend prediction algorithm. 3) Algorithm performance analysis and oil-spill risk assessment. 4) Validation study based on the computer simulation and actual data.
