中文摘要： 以内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟乌珠穆沁草原为研究区。依据自然灾害成灾机理和风险分析原理，借助3S手段研究草原火灾风险评估方法。对乌珠穆沁草原火灾的致灾因子致险程度、承险客体暴露度、承险客体对风险的敏感性和应灾能力和风险损失等进行研究的基础上，选取草原火灾风险评价指标。采用线性加权数学模型、层次分析法(AHP)建立草原火灾风险指数评价模型。对研究区草原火灾风险程度进行定量计算。得到乌珠穆沁草原火灾风险时空分布。对草原火灾实行风险管理，因地制宜地采取相应的防火减灾对策。

英文摘要： Based on the mechanism of natural disasters and risk analysis principles, with the help of grassland fire risk assessment methodsby using 3S,risk assessment indicators of grassland fire disaster was selected out from considering hazard of disaster-causing factors, exposure of risk-bearing body and its sensitivity to risk, disaster response capacity and risk damage in Ujimqin Grassland, XilinGol League. Index assessment model of grassland fire risk were developed by using hierarchical weighted mathematical model and linear analysis method (AHP). It was used for quantitative calculation of the grassland fire risk degree and space-time distribution of grassland fire risk in Ujimqin Grassland. In order to implement the risk management for grassland fires, to take the appropriate fire disaster mitigation countermeasures with local conditions.
