中文摘要: 透骨草灵B是从透骨草(Phryma leptostachya L.)中分离得到的具有二氧双环辛烷独特结构的木脂素类新化合物,对森林害虫美国白蛾、槐尺蠖等具有很强的胃毒和触杀活性,致使试虫软瘫麻痹直至死亡。而Ca2+作为细胞内最重要的第二信使之一,对肌肉收缩、神经递质释放等生理功能起着重要的调控作用。本研究拟采用激光共聚焦显微镜技术(LSM)结合Ca2+荧光探针测定透骨草灵B引起德国小蠊急性分离培养的神经细胞胞内Ca2+浓度的动力学变化,明确透骨草灵B引起Ca2+浓度变化的途径,阐明其可能的作用机理和作用靶标,为研发新型杀虫剂提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Phrymarolin B obtained from Phryma leptostachya L.,is a unique lignan with dioxabicyclo octane. It has a strong stomach toxic activity and opical toxic activity against forest insect, such as Hyphantria cunea, Semiothisa cinerearia. Phrymarolin B could induce flaccid paralysis and death. Calcium plays an important role in many physiological regulative functions such as muscle contracture and the release of neurotransmitter,et al. The effects of Phrymarolin B on the intracellular calcium ions concentration([Ca2+]i), will be studied in Blattella germamica neurous by means of laser confocal microscope(LSM)and calcium fluorescent indicator. In this study, It will be clarified the mechanism and target of Phrymarolin B.
