中文摘要: 异地分布式信息系统开发(Geographically Distributed Information Systems Development,GDISD)团队间的信任关系发生变化时,其敏捷性获取机制及作用绩效也会有所不同。本项目突出动态信任演进框架下GDISD团队敏捷性问题的研究。结合GDISD背景,分析信任的动态演进机理,运用Logistic方程,构建多状态信任演进过程模型,并利用数据分析其稳定性;鉴于传统信息系统开发敏捷性研究未考虑信任演进,基于信任演进过程,构建GDISD团队敏捷性的驱动要素及差异性关系模型和GDISD团队敏捷性作用绩效的关系模型;按照信任演进的不同状态,将驱动要素作为前因,将作用绩效作为后果,合并两部分模型成综合模型,采用基于结构方程的潜生长曲线建模进行系统规范的实证研究,进行模型修正;并探索相应的管理策略,为异地分布式敏捷开发实践提供理论与科学依据。

英文摘要: When the trust relationship changes, the acquisition mechanism and effect of geographically distributed information systems development (GDISD) teams agility may be different. This research will open the black box of GDISD teams agility under the framework of trust evolution. Based on background of GDISD, this research will firstly study a dynamic trust evolution mechanism. Logistic equation will be used to establish a multi-state evolution trust model, whose stability will be analyzed based on data. Previous agility literatures about information systems development have not considered trust evolution. Based on evolution process of trust, this research will secondly establish a differencial relationship modle of driving factors for GDISD teams agility and a modle of relationship between GDISD team agility and information systems development performance. Thirdly, driving factors will be looked as actecedences while information system performance as a consequence. According to the different states of trust evolution, two part models will be integrated into one synthesized model. Latent growth modeling is a statistical technique used in the structural equation modeling (SEM) framework to estimate the synthesized model. Results will guild us amend the model.
