中文摘要： 本项目以提升产业链协同创新和支撑服务制造为目标，从分析云计算对信息系统的影响入手，研究协同创新价值链、信息技术战略、业务流程再造和商业模式变革、建设和运维管理、安全管理等理论与方法。具体研究：（1）基于云的协同创新业务需求识别、核心价值链构建、利益相关体协作模型、基于价值链的协同创新运行及演化机制；（2）基于云的信息技术战略价值实现机理、信息技术战略与业务战略匹配、信息技术战略规划方法与分析工具；（3）基于云的业务流程建模与动态构造方法、商业利益冲突消解机制、商业模式创新机理；（4）基于云的企业信息系统需求识别、服务选择、云化迁移、服务关系治理与IT部门职能；（5）基于云的企业数据和信息系统的安全管理目标、安全风险管理、技术与安全管理的协同控制、多用户行为的审计与监管机制。以上研究对建立基于云的管理信息系统的理论与方法体系、促进管理科学的发展具有重要意义。

英文摘要： By analyzing the impacts of cloud computing on IS (information systems), realizing collaborative innovation and supporting service manufacturing are set as the goals of this project. This project includes the following five aspects: collaborative innovation value chains, information technology strategy, business processes reengineering and business model transformation, IS development and maintenance management, and security management. The detailed research questions of each aspect are all from the perspective of cloud computing environment and as: (1) Identification of collaborative innovation requirements in business, building core value chains, modeling stakeholders’ collaboration model, disclosing the running and evolving mechanism of collaborative innovation in value chains; (2) Discovering the mechanism how to achieve IT strategic values, alignment between IT strategy and business strategy, IT strategy planning method and tool; (3) Business process modeling and dynamic modeling method, commercial interests conflicts resolution, business model innovation path; (4) Analysis on enterprise IS requirements, selection of cloud computing services, how to migrate to cloud, relational management of cloud computing services, IT department function; (5) Data and IS security management goals, security risks management, alignment between IT and security management, multi-users’ behaviors audit and governance. The above studies do importance to form the theories and methodologies of MIS based on cloud computing and promote the development of management science.
