中文摘要: 低成本环境友好型镁硅基热电器件在汽车尾气废热回收利用和工业节能减排领域具有重要应用前景。本项目以提高镁硅基热电器件的性能和可靠性为目标,系统研究镁硅基热电器件热-电-力多场耦合设计理论和异质界面结构演变规律两个基础科学问题,通过建立镁硅基热电器件多场耦合分析模型,阐明器件热电转换性能与材料性能、器件结构和界面结构之间的关系,确立电热输运、温度场和热应力场之间的匹配准则;通过研究多场作用下器件中异质界面结构和性能的演变规律,揭示异质界面缺陷与损伤形成机理,建立镁硅基热电器件可靠性评估模型。通过本项目研究,可望实现对镁硅基热电器件性能和可靠性的准确理论预测,为发展高效、高可靠性镁硅基热电器件奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: Being cost-economical and environment-friendly, magnesium silicide based thermoelectric devices are showing great prospect in fields of the waste heat recovery of automotive exhaust as well as industrial energy saving and emission reduction. With the ultimate goal to improve the performance and the reliability of the magnesium silicide based thermoelectric devices, the present project focuses on two fundamental issues accordingly, namely, the design principle of multi-field coupled magnesium-silicide-based thermoelectric devices and the evolution of their heterogenous interface structure and their properties. A thermal-electric-mechanic multi-field coupling analysis model is established. The relation between the device performance and device materials, device structure and its interface structure configuration are investigated systematically. So are the matching criteria between the electric transport, the temperature field and the thermal stress field. The evolution of the heterogeneous interface structure and performances of magnesium silicide based thermoelectric devices under the multi-field are looked into closely too, which sheds light on the damage and defect mechanism, and consequently helps to establish the reliability prediction model.
