中文摘要: 加速器驱动次临界系统(ADS)是一种能够有效进行长寿命放射性核素嬗变的先进核能系统。ADS系统的工作原理是依靠强外中子源驱动次临界反应堆,以维持链式裂变反应,实现稳定运行和功率输出。强流质子加速器驱动的散裂中子源是ADS中子源的重要选择。此类型中子源具有特殊的物理特性,如显著的非均匀性、高能性和脉冲性(加速器脉冲工作模式下)。强外源的特殊物理特性会给ADS次临界反应堆的中子学响应带来显著地影响,中子学响应特性会进一步影响到整个ADS次临界堆芯的性能。本项目针对快谱ADS核能系统中强外源效应的中子学响应问题,首先开展强源驱动ADS次临界快堆时空动力学方法模型研究,然后开展基于节块输运理论、高阶散射近似和时空动力学理论的模拟研究软件开发,最后对该问题进行数值模拟研究,最终得到快谱ADS次临界堆芯对于强散裂中子源的中子学响应机理和物理特征。

英文摘要: Accelerator Driven sub-critical System (ADS) is an advanced nuclear energy system, which effectively transmutes long-lived radionuclides. ADS works in such a way that the subcritical reactor is driven by a strong external neutron source for the sustaining of the fission chain reaction to achieve the steady operation and power output. the spallation neutron source driven by the high current proton accelerator is an important choice for ADS neutron source. This type of neutron sources exhibit unique physical properties, such as significant heterogeneity, high energy, and pulsed nature ( in accelerator pulse mode). The particular physical properties of the strong external neutron source have a great influence on neutronics response of ADS sub-critical reactor, which can further affect the performance of the whole core of ADS subcritical reactor. For the neutronics response of the strong external source effects in fast ADS, this project will firstly research on the time-spatial kinetics model of ADS sub-critical fast reactor driven by strong neutron source, and then develop the simulation code based on the nodal transport theory, the high-order scattering approximation and the time-spatial kinetics theory, and finally make a simulation on this problem and get the neutronics response mechanism and physical properties
