中文摘要: 本项目将探索低温等离子体辅助过氧化氢美白牙齿过程中发挥作用的机理,研究不同处理时间和不同美白剂浓度对低温等离子体辅助过氧化氢美白牙齿效果的影响及对牙齿结构的影响。本研究通过光谱检测方法检测低温等离子体中的UV射线、激发态原子等,结合电子自旋共振方法分析低温等离子体自由基组分,获得检测条件改变过程时释放的活性基团信息,分析低温等离子体辅助过氧化氢美白的作用机理。 以人的离体牙为研究对象,利用先进的牙齿比色工具,观察时间梯度和过氧化氢浓度梯度对低温等离子体辅助过氧化氢美白牙齿效果的影响;同时借助显微电镜、显微硬度仪、表面粗糙度仪、X射线电子能谱等手段收集在条件改变过程中牙体表面的信息,分析牙齿表面性质的变化;期望能够为大气压低温等离子体美白方法提供充分的理论依据和相关参数,为进一步的实际应用奠定良好基础。

英文摘要: This study explore the mechanism of tooth bleaching treated by Atmospheric Pressure Non-thermal Plasma assisted with hydrogen peroxide,observes the effect of tooth bleaching in vitro and investigate the influence on tooth structure in the bleaching process. In our study, different methods are used to detect the active factors generated in the cold plasma : UV radiation, excited atoms are measured by Optical Emission Spectra(OES), free radicals during different detect conditions are analyzed by electronic spin resonance(ESR). Advanced tooth color evaluated system is employed to detect the whitening effect under different treating conditions. Scanning electron microscope(SEM), microhardness tester, surface roughometer and energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS) are utilized to analyse the changes of teeth surface. Analyze all above information and infer the mechanism that how the cold plasma plays a role in the bleaching process.This study aims at supplying enough evidence for further practical application of cold atmospheric plasma on tooth bleaching.
