中文摘要: "红木"是一类木材的统称,因其木种名称混乱,消费纠纷频出。传统的木材鉴定方法专业性强,难度大,寻找简便、高效、准确的红木鉴别途径迫在眉睫。气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)是有机物分析的重要技术手段,间接引入分析技术应用于木材识别国内外均有报道。申请者在前期研究中发现,采取样品直接导入法不仅可减少繁杂的准备工作,而且可避免溶剂抽提对实验结果可靠性造成的影响,但其关键技术参数尚待深入系统研究。本项目拟采用顶空采样仪(HEADSPACE SAMPLER)结合直接导入技术,以红木模式标本为对象,从样品处理、采样及测试参数设置、技术分析等方面开展研究,探索GC-MS直接导入法识别珍稀木材的关键技术;并通过样品质谱图比对标样分析、峰值图峰面积比较分析、GC-MS总离子流图相关系数分析等手段,确定不同类别红木特征峰值,构建红木识别指纹图库,以期为快速准确识别红木提供理论及技术指导。

英文摘要: Rosewood(Hongmu) is the term of a category of wood. Because of the confused designation of wood, consumption disputes are common phenomenon. What's more, wood identification based on traditional method requiring professional skills, so a simple, efficient and accurate approach to identify rosewood is expected. Gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer is a very important technical means while it can be used to analysis organics. Indirect injecting analysis technique used to wood identification was reported both domestic and overseas. By using technique of GC-MS injecting directly, previous studies has been taken by the applicant, the results showed that complicated preparation simplified while the effect of solvent extraction on reliability of the experimental results can be avoided. However, the key technique parameters still need to be studied systematically. In this project, Headspace Sampler combining with the technology of directly injection will be used and the type species of rosewood will be taken as materials.
