中文摘要: 本项目旨在解决非独立同分布起伏目标的检测问题,通过研究非独立同分布起伏目标的电磁散射机理、目标散射截面积起伏模型、相关模型与数学统计特性函数(联合概率密度函数、随机变量代数和的概率密度函数等)的计算方法、目标最佳检测算法与理论性能评估等基本问题,建立和完善非独立同分布起伏目标的检测理论体系;提出非独立同分布起伏目标检测方案,提供相应的设计手段,突破关键技术,设计仿真试验,对本项目研究所获得的理论成果进行验证。该项目的研究可以提高我国复杂起伏目标检测的基础研究水平和自主创新能力,具有重要的科学意义;其理论成果和技术还可直接应用于频率捷变雷达、MIMO雷达、高分辨雷达和极化雷达等。

英文摘要: This project mainly deals with the detection problem for non-independent identically distributed (non-iid) targets. The detection theory for non-iid targets can be established and improved by investigating the following fundamental problems: the electromagnetic scattered principle of non-iid targets, the fluctuating model,correlated model and calculation of statistical functions (i.e. joint probability density function (pdf) and the pdf of random variable sums), the optimal detection algorithm and performance evaluation. We will propose the detection strategies for non-iid targets, provide the corresponding design approachs, solve the key technologies, and devise the simulation experiments to validate the presented the theory results. The research of this project is of great significance, since it can improve the fundamental research levels and the innovational abilities of our country for detecting the complex fluctuating targets. Moreover, the theory results can be applied directly to frequency agility radars, MIMO radars, high resolution radars and polarimetric radars.
