中文摘要: 本项目以三江平原湿地为研究对象,采用野外原位控制实验,研究在不同N沉降水平条件下,不同小叶章群落湿地温室气体排放规律以及微生物的结构分异变化,从微生物的角度揭示三江平原湿地温室气体排放对氮沉降的响应模式,为湿地生态系统对全球变化的生态适应提供一定科学依据。主要研究内容包括:在不同强度氮沉降条件下,小叶章群落湿地的温室气体(CO2、CH4、N2O)的排放规律及季节动态;测定不同施氮水平下小叶章群落的土壤微生物量碳、微生物量氮和微生物量磷季节动态;测定土壤的真菌和细菌群落的种类组成、丰富度、均匀度和多样性进行分析以及利用磷脂脂肪酸(PFLA)方法对土壤微生物的不同时期的丰度进行分析;土壤环境因子对温室气体排放与土壤微生物结构特征的影响。小叶章群落的土壤基本理化性质,包括土壤全氮含量、速效氮含量、土壤全磷含量、速效磷含量、土壤有机质含量和土壤pH值等。

英文摘要: Using Sanjiang Plain wetland as our research object, we will study the characteristic of the temperate gas emissions and the variation of microbial structure in order to reveal that the response pattern of temperate gas emissions for adding the N in Sanjiang Plain wetland by using the Field in-situ control experiment, and also in order to provide some scientific basis that is the ecological adaptation for wetland ecosystem to global change. The main research contents include: the emission rules and seasonal dynamics of temperate gases(CO2、CH4、N2O)in the Deyeuxia angustifolia wetland during the different nitrogen concentrations;the seasonal dynamics of soil microbial biomass carbon, Microbial biomass nitrogen and microbial biomass phosphorus during the different nitrogen concentrations; detecting the specific composition, richness, evenness and diversity for fungi and bacteria, and analyzing the abundance of soil microbe during the different periods by using the phospholipid fatty acid(PLFA); the influence of soil environmental factors that include the total nitrogen, available nitrogen , total phosphorus, available phosphorus, organic matter and pH, on soil microbial structure features.
