中文摘要: 本项目拟针对聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/导电炭黑(CB)复合材料介电损耗大,介电性能对温度、频率敏感等问题,利用微纳层共挤出技术构筑CB粒子在PVDF基体中的层状分布空间,使CB填充PVDF的导电层与纯PVDF介电层交替叠加,实现介电性能的有效调控。研究交替层状结构的层数、层厚比、导电层电导率和温度、频率等因素对材料介电性能的影响。揭示层状结构介电性能的变化规律。利用层结构的可控性,研究PVDF分子在受限层空间的结晶行为及其对体系介电性能的影响。对交替层状体系进行二次熔融加工,研究加工过程对导电粒子分布以及体系介电性能的影响,建立导电粒子分布与介电性能的关系,为制备高介电常数、低介电损耗,在加工和使用过程中性能稳定的介电复合材料提供新思路、新途径,具有重要的理论意义和应用前景。

英文摘要: In this research proposal, the multilayered distribution space of carbon black (CB) in the polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) matrix will be fabricated through micro-/nano-layer coextrusion technology. The alternating multilayer assembly of the conducting layers (CB-filled PVDF) and dielectric layers (neat PVDF) will lead to designable dielectric properties.The influence of the layer numbers, the ratio of the thickness between adjacent layers, the conductivity of conducting layers, and the temperature, frequency, etc on the dielectric properties will be investigated for revealing the dielectric mechanism of the multilayer system. The crystalline behavior and dielectric properties of the PVDF in confined dielectric layers will be tracked and explored. The alternating multilayer specimens will experience a secondary melt blending. The effect of the blending process on the distribution of CB will be studied, and the relationship between the filler distribution and dielectric properties will be established. The completion of the research will provide a new thought for designing and preparing dielectric composite materials with high dielectric constant, low dielectric loss and stabilizing properties and play a very significant role in both academic and industrial fields.
