中文摘要: "中国卷烟砷、铅、镉含量明显高于国外卷烟"在国内外引起了广泛关注,但卷烟是通过烟支燃烧形成烟气后由呼吸道进入人体的,主要是和呼吸系统作用,烟草重金属元素的实际危害除取决于它们在烟草中的实际含量外,更重要的是取决于它们向卷烟烟气中的迁移、在卷烟烟气中的存在形态及它们对呼吸系统的毒理学效应。本项目紧扣这一热点问题,模拟卷烟烟气和人体的实际作用情况,提出了一种烟气中砷、铅、镉形态分析的新方法,依托新方法研究砷、铅、镉在卷烟烟气中的实际存在形态;同时还将对砷、铅、镉向卷烟烟气中的迁移及它们的毒理学效应进行研究。通过本课题的研究,将弄清楚砷、铅、隔在卷烟烟气中存在形态,向卷烟烟气迁移规律,以及它们对呼吸系统和消化系统的毒理学差异。由于采用了新的形态分析方法和先进的检测技术,所获得实验结果将更准确可靠,能更能原位的反应烟气重金属和人体的作用情况,可为客观评价烟草重金属元素的危害提供科学依据。

英文摘要: It is widely known that the arsenic, lead, and cadmium content in Chinese cigarette are higher than those in foreign cigarette. However, the cigarette effects the human body by it combustion to form cigarette smoke, and the smoke respirated into the human body. The main part in human body effect by cigarette smoke is the respiratory system. The actual harm of heavy metals in cigarette not only determined by the content of heavy metals in cutting cigarette, but also determined by their amount migrated into cigarette smoke, their speciation in cigarette smoke, and their toxicology effect. Based on this issue, a new speciation analysis method for arsenic, lead, and cadmium was established, and the actual speciation of arsenic, lead, and cadmium in cigarette smoke would be studied by this new method. The migration of heavy metals form cutting cigarette to cigarette smoke and the toxicology effects of arsenic, lead, and cadmium speciation also would be studied. By this project, The migration of heavy metals form cutting cigarette to cigarette smoke, the speciation of arsenic, lead, and cadmium in cigarette smoke and the toxicology effects of arsenic, lead, and cadmium speciation will be understanded.
