中文摘要: 尽管"过渡区"近红外激光眼损伤效应的多靶性、复杂性已经充分显现,但眼(包括角膜和视网膜)损伤阈值随照射时间的定量变化规律还远未阐明。本项目拟以1.319μm激光为典型光源,以青紫蓝灰兔和恒河猴为实验动物,以"非线性依赖时段"(1ms-10s)为重点,系统开展眼损伤效应的实验研究和理论模拟,包括:①实验研究激光在1ms、10ms、100ms、1s、10s等照射时间下的角膜和视网膜损伤效应,计算损伤阈值并分析其随照射时间的变化规律。②实验测量动物屈光介质各层厚度、总透光率以及角膜、视网膜等各层组织的光学参数。③研究适用于"过渡区"近红外激光眼损伤的理论模型和数值分析方法,结合组织光学参数计算损伤阈值(理论值)。④以理论模拟为基础,建立眼损伤阈值由动物向人外推的比较生物学方法,阐明"过渡区"近红外激光致人角膜和视网膜损伤的基本规律。以上研究将为激光安全标准的制/修订提供坚实的理论支撑和实验依据。

英文摘要: Many Peculiarities of ocular damage induced by lasers within "tansition zone" hase been documented in the past few years. However, the quantitive dependence of both corneal and retinal damage thresholds on exposure duration have never been explored.In this project, both experimental study and theoretical simulation of ocular damage induced by near infrared laser within the "transition zone" will be conducted with an 1.319μm laser on rabbit and rhesus. Firstly, the corneal and retinal damage thresholds will be determined for 1ms, 10ms, 100ms, 1s and 10s exposure durations. Secondly, the the thickness of every refractive media layer and the total transmittance will be measured in vivo and the optial parameters for all tissues in vitro. Thirdly, the theoretical model will be constructed for analyzing the laser induced thermal damage effects. With the measured tissue optical parameters, the ocular damage threshold can then be numerically calculated. Finally, based on the established theoretial model, the human ocular damage threshold can be exptroplated from that of rabbit and/or rhesus. The results will provide both theoretial and experimental foundations for laser safety standards.
