中文摘要: 传统的信号控制理论存在两大缺陷:①无法把交通安全量化并作为控制目标来进行信号配时计算和优化;②难以分析交通随机性显著情况下以小概率事件为特征的交通安全问题。鉴于此,本研究的目的是在信号控制中引入安全可靠性的概念,开发以安全可靠性为控制目标的信号配时方法及优化算法,对交通信息化环境下的精细化信号控制理论进行探索,主要研究内容包括:①基于车辆和行人轨迹数据的实证分析和基于驾驶模拟器的实验分析相结合的交通行为解析与建模、②基于可靠性理论和交通冲突理论的安全可靠性评价模型、③基于风险控制理论和不确定优化理论的以安全可靠性为导向的信号配时计算及优化方法、④集成以上研究成果的信号控制交叉口可靠性分析与决策支持系统。本研究的成果可以辅助交通工程师以交叉口安全服务水平为依据进行信号控制方案设计与优化,也可以辅助交通管理者分析与识别信号控制交叉口的潜在安全隐患,为交通安全改善方案的评价提供科学依据。

英文摘要: The most important goal of signal control is to ensure traffic safety. However, the conventional signal control theory only provides some principles or rules to improve safety, and is unable to quantify safety performance and regard it as a control objective in signal timing methods and optimization algorithms. Furthermore, the existence of heterogeneous traffic as well as complicated and varied road user behavior leads to extremely unstable traffic states at urban signalized intersections in our country. However, the conventional signal control methods based on deterministic traffic flow theory uses means or expected values of parameters to describe traffic states, and thus cannot deal with traffic safety issues which are characterized by small probability events. Therefore, the objective of this study is to introduce a concept of safety reliability into signal control field and develop signal timing methods and optimization algorithms based on safety reliability. It also aims to explore a theory especially for sophisticated signal control in the context of rich traffic information. This study mainly includes four parts as follows. ?
