中文摘要: 高血压病是世界重要的公共卫生问题之一,药物治疗存在诸多不足,氧化应激机制在高血压的发病中起重要作用。我院创立的以人迎穴为主,有明确规范手法量学标准的针刺方法治疗高血压病疗效肯定。本研究以自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)为研究对象,采用捻转手法针刺人迎穴,以针刺的抗氧化应激作用为主线,进行如下研究:(1)鼠尾法动态测定动脉血压,探讨捻转手法对血压的影响;(2)采用DCFH- DA和FRAP技术,以O2-、总抗氧能力为指标,探讨针刺对抗氧化能力的影响;(3) 采用化学比色、Western blotting、ELISA等技术,以eNOS、NO、sGC、cGMP、PKG为指标,从NO-cGMP-PKG信号通路揭示针刺降压的抗氧化应激的相关机制。本研究将为临床应用针刺疗法治疗高血压病提供理论和实验依据,促进针刺降压抗氧化应激机制研究的发展

英文摘要: Hypertension is one of the initial world health issues and its treatment has many shortcomings by the drug therapy, whereas oxidatie stress mechanism plays an important part in the pathogenesis of hypertension. Our hospital creates the therapeutic method based on renying point, which has positive effects on treating hypertension on account of clearly normalized technique quantity learn standardized technique. The study regards the Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats(SHR) as the research object, applying the twisting and rotating technique to needle renying point and treating the antioxidant stress function of acupuncture as the main line to do the following research:(1) Rat tail dynamic determination method of arterial blood pressure, exploring the effects of twisting and rotating technique to blood-pressure;(2):Adopting DCFH-DA and FRAP technique and discussing the impact of needling to antioxidant ability as the indicator of O2-and total antioxidant capacity.(3):Using chemical colorimetry、Western bloting 、ELISA etc, and revealing the related mechanism of antioxidant stress function by acupuncture from the point of NO-cGMP-PKG signal pathway.
