中文摘要: 蒙古高原地处亚洲大陆腹地干旱与半干旱地区,苔藓植物资源丰富,区系成分复杂。该地区苔藓植物的优势科是对干旱环境具有极强适应性的丛藓科植物,根据现有资料统计,其中以对齿藓属的种数最多。目前中、蒙两国学者对该属的研究相对独立,缺乏系统性,未能将蒙古高原作为一级地理和生态单元开展综合研究。本项目将在前人的采集和研究基础之上,通过标本采集、整理,深入研究该区域对齿藓属植物的分类;运用形态学数据和分子数据综合分析的方法,探讨属内种间的系统发育关系,确定相似种的分类界限,为了解该地区对齿藓属物种多样性和濒危状况提供有价值的区域性基础资料。

英文摘要: Mongolian plateau, in the hinterland of Asia Continent, fall within the arid and semi-arid climate regime where has complex distributive types and great diversity of bryophytes. The Pottiaceae, contained many species tolerant of long droughts, is the dominant family in the Mongolian plateau, in which Didymodon is the most species-rich genus on the results of present study. The genus has been studied by the bryologist from China and Mongolia, however, it is relatively scattered and lacking comparative studies, and the Mongolian plateau has not been treated as a geographical and ecological unit to carry out a comprehensive study. The project will be on the basis of the previous collection and research, through the specimen collection, sorting, using the method of comprehensive analysis of morphological data and molecular data to explore the phylogenetic relationships and Systematics on the Didymodon of Mongolian Plateau, to delimit the classification boundaries of closely related species, and provide valuable regional basic data on the diversity and endangered status of the genus.
