中文摘要: 外加强环节点适用于矩形钢管混凝土柱-H型钢梁组合结构,并已在国内行业规程中得以推荐。然而节点抗剪性能试验数据缺乏和节点抗剪承载力设计方法欠缺的问题,制约着外加强环节点的应用和推广。本项目采用低周反复荷载试验、有限元模拟和理论分析,对外加强环节点的抗剪性能和设计方法进行研究。通过低周反复荷载试验得到节点的剪力-剪切变形滞回曲线,考察节点的抗剪承载力、剪切转角延性系数和耗能能力;采用有限元模拟低周反复荷载试验并进行参数化分析,研究钢管尺寸、外环板尺寸、轴压比、混凝土和钢材强度等因素对节点抗剪性能的影响;最后基于低周反复荷载试验和有限元模拟结果,分析节点的抗剪承力机制,并提出力学概念清晰、计算结果准确的外加强环节点抗剪承载力设计方法。

英文摘要: In domestic technical specification, exterior-diaphragm connections have been recommended to composite structures constructed by concrete-filled rectangular steel tubular columns and H-shaped steel beams. However, the application and popularization of exterior-diaphragm connections was hampered due to the lack of relevant test data of shear performance and corresponding design method of shear bearing capacity. Therefore, experimental study, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis will be carried out in this project to investigate shear performance and design method for exterior-diaphragm connections. Low-reversed cyclic loading experiment will be conducted to obtain the shear-deformation hysteresis curves, shear strength, ductility and energy dissipation. Finite element analysis will focus on parameters typically employed in design practice. Size of steel tube, exterior-diaphragm dimension, axial strength ratio, strength of steel and concrete will be varied to determine their influence on shear behavior of exterior-diaphragm connections. Based on results of experimental study and numerical simulation, shear-resisting mechanism will be investigated and the rational design method will be proposed.
