中文摘要: 相对旋转两同轴圆筒环隙间的泰勒流动,能够带来二次流强化传热传质作用,在航空、水处理、生态保护、生物工程和膜分离等领域都具有强大的工程应用价值。本课题以具有轴向流的泰勒流动为基础,提炼出在离心力、重力两种力场和轴向流强制推动力共同作用下由自然对流和强制对流耦合而成的混合对流传热传质这一模型,对其中的流动和传热传质机理以及非线性特性进行研究,查明离心力和重力场及强制流动对传热和传质的作用及各种因素的影响规律。所得研究成果可为过程装备强化传热传质奠定理论基础,对过程装备结构优化设计具有指导意义,发展出的适合于多种力场作用下混合对流传热传质过程的数值计算方法对于类似非线性问题的求解具有参考价值。

英文摘要: Taylor vortex flow, which occurs in annulus between two rotary concentric cylinders, possesses abilities of heat transfer and mass transfer enhancement, and has been widely used in the fields of aviation, water treatment, ecological protection, biological engineering and membrane separation, etc. Based on the phenomenon of Taylor vortex flow with a compulsive axial flow, a mixed convection model is established, which combined by natural convection caused by centrifugal force and gravity, and forced convection created by axial flow force. Flow properties, heat transfer and mass transfer mechanisms, as well as nonlinear characteristics of the model are studies, and influences of centrifugal force, gravity and axial flow force on heat transfer and mass transfer are investigated. Results achieved in this research will lay a strong foundation for heat transfer and mass transfer enhancement of process equipments, and have directive significances for structural optimization design of process equipments. Numerical calculating method developed here is of great reference value for the solution of similar nonlinear problems.
