中文摘要: 利用富油微藻处理含苯类石化废水,是实现含苯类石化废水深度洁净及资源化利用的极具潜力的途径。然而,此类废水的高毒、难降解特性是阻碍微藻处理的主要障碍。项目针对目前含苯类石化废水深度处理的难题,创建了水解酸化耦合菌藻共生系的两相生物处理方法:即首先采用微生物水解酸化的方法对废水中难降解的有毒物质进行去毒处理,提高可生化性;再利用富油微藻-好氧菌共生体系,对水解酸化后废水中氮磷及有机物进行彻底洁净化处理,并获得富油微藻。研究拟通过构建完整的两相耦合模型体系,从理化环境调控与微观物质组成层面深入研究并揭示污染物在(1)水解酸化相去毒过程中微生物菌群的协同响应机制;(2)藻菌共生相深度净化过程中菌藻共生关系;(3)以及两相生物反应器之间的耦合处理机制。项目的完成将为建立具有工业化应用潜力的含苯类石化废水深度处理系统与低成本能源微藻培养模式提供新的理论依据及科学导向。

英文摘要: The petrochemical wastewater treatment by oil-rich microalgae is a potential method to reach the cleanliness level and realize the resource's utilization. However, the petrochemical wastewater with high toxicity and low bio-degradability still remains a obstacle to hinder the microalgae treatment process. A new two-phase biological system which integrated the hydrolysis acidification reactor and algal-bacterial microcosms photoreactor regarding to the composition of benzenes petrochemical wastewater is proposed. The nitrogen, phosphorus and organic compounds in the benzenes petrochemical wastewater are fully removed in the integrated system. At the same time the oil-rich microalgal biomass is produced. The research which base on the physicochemical environment regulation and microstructure composition level focus on the pollutant degradation mechanism process by establishing a small coupling model system. The main contents items below: (1) The microbial flora synergistic relationship of petrochemical wastewater treatment in the hydrolytic acidification phase; (2) In the phase of algal-bacterial microcosms, the relationship between bacteria and microalgae; and also (3) the integrated mechanism of the two-phase biological reactors. This research is a new scientific orientation and theoretical reference for the potential industrial application in the petrochemical wastewater advanced treatment field which provides low-cost energy microalgae cultivation mode.
