中文摘要: 在纳米科学技术的研究进程中,sp2 杂化的碳纳米结构如富勒烯,碳纳米管以及石墨烯在过去二十年吸引了无数的兴趣,取得了惊人的进展,但是合成sp3杂化的金刚石纳米线仍然是一个挑战,金刚石具有无以伦比的比强度、硬度、导热性、绝缘性和光电学性能。相对于碳纳米管,金刚石纳米线的在许多应用中(例如显微针尖)将更具优越性。不同结构尺寸的一维金刚线一旦合成,将开辟sp3杂化的一维碳纳米结构的新天地,尤其是一维参杂金刚石纳米线的应用,如氮参杂金刚线在量子信息中的应用。本项目以金刚烃及其衍生物为反应物在碳纳米管的特殊一维物理化学空腔内合成拥有结构可标定的一维金刚石纳米线,进而把合成的金刚石纳米线从碳纳米管反应腔中剥离和提纯出来,进行充分的标定。本课题同时也开辟了以碳纳米管作为特殊反应腔合成在常规条件下难以合成的化合物的新方向。

英文摘要: With the advent of nanotechnology, sp2-hybridized carbon nanostructures such as fullerenes, carbon nanotubes, and graphenes have attracted various interests during last decades.sp3-hybridized carbon nanostructures, such as diamond nanowires,not only have high strength to mass ratio but also high thermal conductivity and insulation.The robust structure of diamond nanowire provide a more promising application for many topics (such as microscopy tips) comparing to carbon nanotubes.The structural determined diamond nanowires can provide a new researching field, especially the different properties and applications between the different structural and doped nanowire. For example, the nitrogen doped diamond nanowires for quantum information processing. This project aims to synthesize one-dimensional structural determined diamond nanowires by using the special physical and chemical environments of carbon nanotubes as reaction containers, diamondoids as reaction seeds. The as-produced diamond nanowires are then extracted and separated from the carbon nanotube containers. At the same time, the project establishes a way to use carbon nanotubes as special reaction containers to produce the materials which are almost impossible to synthesis under normal reaction conditions.
