中文摘要: 不溶性硫磺是硫磺的长链聚合物,是子午线轮胎工业中不可替代的高效橡胶硫化剂。本项目将自由基聚合理论应用于硫磺聚合,实现高品位不溶性硫磺的制备。具体研究内容如下:开发高温自由基引发剂,增大反应体系中活性中心数量,从而提高聚合硫的单程转化率;优选新型稳定剂,与不溶性硫磺的活泼端基形成σ-键,极大地改善产品热稳定性;利用LNG冷能开发高效淬冷剂和低温粉碎装置,显著提高淬冷工艺效果和产品的分散性。利用现代测试技术表征不溶性硫磺的结构,测试不溶性硫磺的物理性质和使用性能。在此基础上,尝试不溶性硫磺构效关系分析,为高品位硫磺的制备提供理论指导。

英文摘要: Insoluble sulfur is a long-chain polymers of sulfur and is the irreplaceable efficient rubber vulcanizing agent in the radial tire industrial. Radical polymerization theory was applied to sulfur polymerization and high-grade insoluble sulfur was prepared in this project. The specific contents are as follows: high temperature free radical initiator is developed to increaes of active centers in the reaction system, thereby improve the conversion of sulfur polymerization; new stabilizer is preferably choosen to form a σ-bond with the active end groups of insoluble sulfur, therefore greatly improve the thermal stability; developing efficient quenching agent and cryogenic grinding device using LNG cold energy significantly increase the quenching process effects and dispersity. The structure, the physical properties and the performance of insoluble sulfur under different process conditions were characterized by odern testing techniques. On this basis, the structure-activity relationship of insoluble sulfur are analysed, which will provide theoretical guidance for the preparation of high-grade sulfur.
