中文摘要: 匹配消费者的感性需求是决定产品感性意象设计创新成败的最关键因素,而感性意象设计中形态要素设计决定了意象匹配的精度。在融合多形态要素的感性意象研究将是未来发展趋势的情形下,本项目提出了基于多形态要素融合与演化的产品感性意象设计方法研究,以实现产品感性意象与消费者的感性需求最佳匹配的目标。本项目从认知心理学的角度,研究形态要素在意象形成中的作用机制,探讨其独立特性与融合特性;结合脑电技术及眼动技术,研究意象认知的规律,在认知过程模型建立基础上,提出产品形态解析理论及技术;综合运用感性工学、认知测评等技术及方法,建立感性需求与多形态要素的映射模型,揭示出表达意象的形态演化机制与规律,实现感性需求-多形态要素-感性意象的设计求解;并以地域特色旅游商品为例予以应用验证。本项目的研究为产品感性意象设计提供了一种新视角、新理论及新方法,对提高产品市场竞争力和消费者满意度具有重要的理论意义与应用价值。

英文摘要: Matching consumer emotional needs is the key factors which determine the success of the product kansei image design. And the form elements of emotional design determine the accuracy of image matching. As the kansei image research on the integration of multi-form elements has become the latest trend, this project presents a research on the method of product kansei image design based on the integration and evolution of multi-form elements to match the emotional needs and the specific image perfectly. From the perspective of cognitive psychology, this project researches the mechanism of the form elements in the formation of image, and discusses its independent characteristics and integral characteristics. And it combines ERP and eye-tracking technology, researches the rules of image cognition, establishes a model of cognitive process, and presents the theory and the technology of product form analysis. It uses the technology and methods like kansei engineering and cognitive evaluation, establishes the map model of sensibility needs and multi-form elements, reveals the form evolution mechanism and rules which expresses image, achieves the design solving of emotional needs - multi-form elements - kansei image. At last, the regional tourism products are applied to be the application verification. The study of this project provides a new perspective, theory and method for emotional product design. It has important theoretical significance and practical value on improving the competitiveness of emotional product and satisfaction of customer.
