中文摘要: 用创新的理论和方法优化工业产品设计流程、改善设计效果,对于当下国内大力推进的工业4.0战略等实际问题,具有重要的研究意义。本项目聚焦感性工学(KE)与计算机视觉感知(CV)协同优化的产品设计创新研究,紧密围绕对消费者或使用者情感量化分析、映射反映研究等关键问题,结合机器学习、图像处理、专家系统等计算机技术,旨在解决一些目前工业产品设计领域的热点和难点问题。具体研究内容:⑴克服单一研究方法的不足,建立基于视觉注意机制的产品设计要素分析方法研究;⑵为解决产品创新的组合优化问题,研究基于感性工学与视觉感知的产品设计方法及综合决策;⑶基于眼动模型的计算机辅助产品设计评估方法研究,以降低评价疲劳,为产品设计效果评估提供支持。本项目的特色是从感性量化和理性计算角度进行分析,注重应用研究和实践效果,为以交叉学科为依托的产品设计在未来广阔和快速变动发展的社会应用领域提供基础理论和技术支撑。

英文摘要: Innovative theory and method may optimize the process of product design; meanwhile improve the effect of product design. It has important significance to solve some practical problems within China, such as the vigorously promoted industry 4.0 strategy. The proposal focuses on the research of product design based on collaborative optimization of kansei engineering and computer visual perception. It closely around some key words about engineering science such as quantitative analysis of user emotions, mapping reflect research, etc. It also closely around some key words about computer science such as machine learning, image processing, expert systems, etc. The aim of this research project is to solve some of the current hot and difficult problem in the field of industrial design. The specific research contents include following three aspects. (1) In order to overcome the insufficient of single method, we establish elements analysis method of product design which based on visual attention mechanism; (2) In order to solve the problem of optimized combination of product innovation, we research the product design method and integrated decision-making which based on kansei engineering and computer visual perception; (3) In order to reduce the fatigue of evaluation and provide support for product design impact assessment, we research the evaluation method of computer-aided product design which based on REM(Rapid Eye Movement) model. The feature of this proposal is find a different perspective to analysis from perceptual quantization and rational calculation. It pays attention to applied research and the practice effect, may provide basic theories and technical supports for the broad social field application of product design, which relying on a cross-disciplinary in the rapid changed and development future.
