中文摘要: 本项目立足于结合信息不对称理论与双边市场理论,从理论分析与实证分析两个角度研究以下两个问题:一是信息不对称条件下双边市场的特点、信息甄别的渠道以及信用评价机制的设计;二是基于淘宝网的数据,研究以电子商务平台为代表的双边市场中信用评价系统的甄别效果,并探讨具有可行性的改进方案。首先,这项研究有助于深化有关双边市场的理论研究,目前国内外已有研究成果大都假定市场双边用户均是同种类型的,没有探讨存在不同类型用户情况下的信息甄别与信用机制设计问题,本课题的研究成果将填补此空白;其次,随着电子商务的迅猛发展,网上交易各方的诚信问题愈加突出,本课题的理论和实证研究成果将有助于电子商务平台企业进一步完善其信用体系建设。课题的研究坚持理论研究与实证研究相结合的思路,并强调研究成果的应用价值。课题组成员较强的研究背景和研究能力,外加淘宝网的全力支持,是课题目标能够得以实现的保障。

英文摘要: This research project aims at integrating the theory of asymmetric information and the theory of two-sided markets and analyzing the following two issues from the theoretical and empirical aspects respectively: firstly,it analyzes the characteristics of two-sided markets under the condition of asymmetric information, the channels of information screening and the design of reputation systems; secondly, it analyzes the effects of reputation systems in the two-sided markets type of electronic commerce platforms, and explores the feasible schemes of improvement. First, this project can help enrich the research literature on the theory of two-sided markets. Most of the existing research literature thus far mainly focuses on the case of homogeneous types of users on both sides of the markets, and hasn't investigated the issues of information screening and the design of reputation systems with the existence of heterogeneous users.The results of this research project will help fill the gap. Second, with the rapid development of electronic commerce, the issue of credibility on both sides of the markets become more and more significant.
