中文摘要: 温度测量在国防、军事及工农业生产等领域中具有十分重要的作用。多光谱辐射测温是通过测量目标的多个光谱辐亮度信息,经理论计算得到目标温度和发射率,经20多年发展取得了较大进步,研制的仪器和算法可以解决一些对象(场合)的目标真温测量问题。但是测量精度不可估计,环境影响大,某些对象不适合等问题存在,使该技术停滞不前。本申请是在前期多光谱辐射测温技术研究成果基础上,进行基于光谱分析法的智能光谱测温技术研究,即通过目标辐射、环境特性的光谱分析,结合目标特性和环境数据库,对测量对象和环境特性进行识别分类和评估,再进行目标辐射光谱修正和补偿,最后采用该类专用的多光谱算法或光谱测温算法得到目标真实温度和光谱发射率。此外,研制高速中红外光谱测温系统,在1-5μm内进行2nm分辨率的测量,为算法研究提供实验手段。可望研制出一种全智能的高精度辐射测温系统,实现大多数目标(场合)温度和发射率的同时测量。

英文摘要: Temperature measurement plays an important role in the field of aerospace, military, science, agriculture and industry. Multi-spectral radiation measurement is a good method to get the target's temperature and emissivity by measuring and calculating several spectral radiance of the target. With great progress in past 20 years, developed instruments and methods have been successfully applied in many fields for true temperature measurement. But there are still many problems, such as unknow precision, environmental influence, bad applicability, etc. An intelligent pyrometry based on spectral analysis is proposed. By analyzing the spectral of the target and background and comparing with the target and background database, the target and background can be recognized, classified and evaluated. Different mehtods are designed for different target types to calculate the target's true temperature and spectral emissivity. A mid-infrared spectral radiation temperature measurement system is developed for experimental verification with the spectral resolution of 2 nm in the wavelength range of 1 to 5 um. Through this research, an intelligent radiation temperature measurement with high resolution will be developed and applied in most fields for measuring the temperature and emissivity simultaneously.
