中文摘要: 随着舰艇设备抗冲击研究的深入,舰艇设备冲击动力学有限元分析受到越来越多的重视,但是目前还无法评估和优化有限元冲击问题的模拟精度和动响应预报可靠性。本项目拟开展舰艇机械设备在瞬态冲击作用下的结构动力学模型可靠性基础研究,分析舰艇机械设备冲击动力学响应特征,确定机械设备结构模型准确性的评判衡准,研究建立舰艇机械设备典型子结构的参数有限元模型,开展机械设备线性及非线性子结构模型参数辨识,并在试验数据的基础上采用分层模型确认的方法对设备整机有限元模型进行修正;充分考虑水下爆炸瞬态冲击作用下舰艇机械设备冲击动响应的不确定性因素,对机械设备整机有限元模型冲击动响应预报的可靠性进行评估,并深入探讨典型机械设备在冲击作用下的响应机理,为舰艇机械设备抗冲击设计和防护提供技术支撑。

英文摘要: Recently numerical experiments on shock dynamic of ship equipments are in widely application, but the accuracy of finite element model and reliability of the predicted shock response obsesses the analysts. In this subject, the research method to process finite-element model updating and validation for ship machine equipments subjected to transient shock loading is to investigate.The validation criterion for machine equipment model updating will definitude, with considering the shock dynamic response characteristics of ship equipments.The paramatric finite-element model for linear and nonlinear substructure in equipments are to found, and the parameters identification methods for the typical substructures will be researched. The whole model of equipment are updated with experimental test data by hierarchical model validation.Considering the uncertain factors in the ship equipment transient shock response, the reliability of whole model to predict shock response is to assess. Then, taking a typical ship machine equipment as object, the shock response mechanism in the inner structure and accessories is to analyzed, in order to provide technical support for shock resistance design and protection of ship machine equipments.
