中文摘要: 氧分子还原反应(ORR)过程在燃料电池、金属腐蚀、电化学传感器等领域具有重要意义,因此成为电化学分析研究领域的一个热点。本课题拟开展电极表面催化氧分子还原反应的研究,我们的工作将在已有的实验基础上,建立相应的模型,利用量子化学方法和分子力学相结合的方法,对ORR的机理在原子和分子水平上进行系统的研究。研究内容主要包括:研究ORR催化剂活性以及活性氧中间体的反应过程,考察催化剂的化学组成、尺寸、晶面、溶剂等参数对于催化反应过程的影响,并通过实验进行验证。本研究侧重于对ORR过程中的中间体行为,羟基自由基的产生机理以及影响其机理的相关因素的考察。该工作将为优化氧分子还原催化剂的设计提供有力的理论依据。

英文摘要: Oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) is a widely studied process and plays an important role in fuel cells, metal corrosion, electrochemical sensors, therefore becomes a hot topic of electroanalytical chemistry research areas.This project will involve metal electrode surface catalytic ORR, and our study will be based on the latest experimental results. The corresponding models will be constructed, and the detailed mechanism of ORR will be systematically studied at atomic and molecular level combining with quantum chemistry and molecular mechanics methods. The research content mainly includes: investigation of catalyst activity and reaction mechanism of intermediates in ORR process; investigation of the effect of catalyst chemical composition, size, crystal face, solvents and other parameters on catalytic reaction process.The related experimental work will be carried out and compared with the theoretical results. This study focused on the intermediates behaviors in the ORR process, hydroxyl radical generation mechanism and relevant factors that affect the mechanism. The work will provide a strong theoretical insights for optimizing the design of ORR catalyst.
