中文摘要: 本项目针对我国电网发展现状,建立一套全新的基于数据的智能电网电能自适应供需优化匹配与调控的理论与方法,实现电网发电端,配电端以及用户端的智能交互,开辟对智能电网供需优化匹配与调控方法的新途径。项目首先研究基于数据的电网系统稳定性分析方法和控制器设计方案。其次,以自适应动态规划为基础分析带有系统误差的电网系统优化方法收敛性与最优性。之后,分别研究带有分布式电源、储能设备以及智能负载情况下的智能电网电能供需自适应优化匹配与调控方法,并针对不同电流方向,分析并设计出有效的自适应动态规划电能优化匹配与调控方案,同时将研究成果扩大到电园小区电网的电能自适应优化匹配与调控,并实现电网发电端,配电端以及用户端的智能交互。项目将建立理论研究成果软件平台并在实验室小型生产线实验设备上验证和改进,并将研究成果应用于实际电网系统中,创造经济效益,同时为基于数据的控制,智能电网,最优控制等学科交叉发展提供新思路。

英文摘要: In this project, according to China's current situation of the power grids, a new data-based adaptive optimal matching and control theory and method will be established for the power supply and demand of smart grids. The proposed scheme will realize the intelligent interaction of power generation, power distribution and client in power grids. The proposed scheme will also open up a new research area in adaptive matching and control of power supply and demand in smart grids. First, the data-based stability analysis method for power grids is studied and the corresponding data-based controller design is presented. Second, the adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) algorithms are applied to power grids. Under system errors,the important properties of the adaptive dynamic programming algorithms such as convergence property, stability property and optimality property are analyzed. Next, according to adaptive dynamic programming methodology, the data-based adaptive optimal matching and control scheme is constructed for the power supply and demand of smart grids for the cases of distributed power, energy storage equipment and intelligent loads in smart grids, respectively.
