中文摘要: 本项目以污泥胞外聚合物中所含多糖和蛋白质为研究对象,考查热压力深度脱水前后污泥胞外聚合物中二者的分布变化,结合污泥结合水分布变化,分析热压力脱水对污泥性质影响,进而探究污泥热压力脱水机理。研究内容包括:1)采用分层法提取胞外聚合物,研究热压力脱水前后污泥不同层提取胞外聚合物中蛋白质及多糖含量,结合热压力脱水参数变化分析污泥深度脱水处理对污泥性质影响;2)在脱水污泥中加入蛋白酶、多糖酶、阳离子表面活性剂,考查三者分别及复合添加后,污泥热压力脱水前后分层提取胞外聚合物中蛋白质多糖含量,分析蛋白质多糖含量变化对污泥热压力脱水性质影响;3)选择特征工况处理污泥提取的不同分层EPS,分别采用三维荧光光谱仪和傅里叶红外光谱仪得出富里酸及胡敏酸等成分及其他组分官能团含量,结合污泥结合水分布特点,分析热压力脱水处理对以胞外聚合物组成为代表的污泥性质变化影响,进而为阐明污泥热压力深度脱水机理提供理论支撑。

英文摘要: Polysaccharide(PS) and protein(PN),the typical ingredients contained in the sludge extracellular polymers substances(EPS), will be studied in this project. The distribution changes of the two substances in the different delamination of the EPS before and after thermal press dewatering of mechanical dewatering sludge will be examined. The results will be used for analyzing of influence of thermal press dewatering process on the characteristics of sewage sludge.The major research topic in this project includs: 1 ) The EPS can be obtained by delamination extraction of sewage sludge, distribution characteristics of the PS and PN in different layers in EPS from sludge before and after thermal press dewatering are studied. And the relationship of distribution of PS /PN with the parameters changes of thermal press dewatering will be analyzed; 2 ) After different amounts of protease, polyase and cationic surface active agent are added into the primary mechanical dewatering sludge, still the distribution of PS and PN in EPS from different layers sludge before and after thermal press dewatering are researched,combined with analysis of bound water distribution; 3 ) The EPS extraction from typical conditions treated sludge are chose for 3D-EEM and FTIR analysis to obtain the contents of the fulvic acid, humic acid and other
