中文摘要: 我国的自然流产发病率高达10-40%,近年呈现上升的趋势。邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物被认为是潜在的因素之一,但是其机制并不清楚。本研究以前期工作中发现的与自然流产有相关性的邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物代谢物为研究对象,重点研究其对自然流产中起关键作用的滋养细胞的侵蚀功能的影响。围绕滋养细胞侵蚀过程中的关键信号通路—PPARγ通路,从细胞、动物水平分析其机制,进而为自然流产的高发提供新的病因解析,为其预防和治疗提供新的思路。

英文摘要: The incidence of spontaneous abortion is up to 10-40%, showing an upward trend in recent years. Phthalates is considered to be one of the potential factors, but the mechanism is not clear. In this study, we study the role of phthalates and their metabolites in miscarriage basing on our previous results, which majorly focus on the potential influence of these chemicals on trophoblast invasion. To analyze the mechanism, we adopt both cell and animal models to explore the relationship between these chemicals and the key signaling in trophoblast invasion named PPARγ. This study would deepen our understanding of the mechanisms of miscarriage, which may further provides potential clues for developing novel strategies for prevention and therapy of miscariiage.
