中文摘要: 磷资源是一种不可再生的战略资源,它广泛地应用在农业与工业中,不仅关系着我国的粮食生产安全,也关系着磷化工行业的兴衰,具有重要的经济、社会甚至军事价值。磷资源的现有储量已经严重不能满足社会经济发展的需求,开发过程中各种因素也人为地加快了我国磷资源的衰竭速度。基于此种背景下,本项目提出"绿色磷矿山"的概念,对其可持续评价与优化进行研究,旨在为磷资源的可持续发展建立评价机制、探讨优化路径。 关于绿色磷矿山及其可持续评价与优化路径的理论研究尚不多见,方法论也比较缺乏,所以本项研究具有重要的现实必要性与学术必要性。本项目基于可持续发展理论,融合云模型、量子免疫算法等方法,采集评价体系构建与路径优化的各种指标与参数,为定量研究我国绿色磷矿山的可持续评价体系及优化路径提供了一个新的方法论尝试和理论思考。

英文摘要: Phosphorus resource is a non-renewable strategic resource, which has been widely used in agriculture and industry. It not only concerns the safety of food production in our country, but also has a bearing on the rise and fall of phosphorus chemical industry, still further it is of great value on economy, society and military affairs. The available reserves of phosphorus resources have seriously cannot meet the needs of social and economic development, and the various factors in the exploiting process are to accelerate the reduction of phosphorus resources in our country. Based on this background, this project proposes a concept of "Green Phosphorus Mine" on studying of the sustainable evaluation and the optimized path of it, aiming at establishing the evaluation mechanism and the optimized path on the sustainable development of phosphorus resources. It is rare on the theoretical study on the sustainable evaluation and the optimized path of "Green Phosphorite Mine", and the methodology is insufficient, so this research is very essential on reality and academic area.
