中文摘要: 以节省和降低网络能耗而构建绿色网络已成为当前研究者、设备制造商和网络服务提供商共同关注的主题,也是当前网络领域的研究热点。在构建绿色网络的研究过程中,需要综合考虑网络系统能耗和服务性能。本项目提出可调度性的网络演算理论应用于绿色网络能耗优化研究,可调度性的网络演算能提供能耗和服务性能的双重优化及多目标优化。研究内容包括:(1)深入研究可调度性的网络演算理论,为能耗优化提供更为实用和有意义的理论基础工具;(2)研究基于服务率和传输率的网络能耗优化和性能保障模型,建立基于网络演算的节能绿色网络基础理论;(3)能耗优化模型的性能分析及对网络性能影响研究,提供绿色网络能耗优化模型的性能评价方法和技术。本项目提出的研究理论、方法和结论在融合各种服务和处理类网络的新一代互联网和物联网等有能耗和服务性能要求相关主题研究中具有巨大的潜在应用价值。因此,本项目无论从理论上还是从实践上都具有极强的研究意义。

英文摘要: Constructing green network by saving and reducing network energy consumption becomes a common concerned topic to researchers, equipment manufacturers and Internet service providers, and is also a hot topic in network research area. In the process of constructing green network, we must consider blance between network system energy consumption and service performance. In this proposal, we mainly focus on green network energy optimization based on stochastic network calculus of schedulablity which provides us a better theory frame for optimizing energy and service performance and multi-objects optimization. We mainly focus on the following topics: (1) We will deeply study stochastic network calculus of schedulablity, and provide a practically and significatively fundamental theory for optimizing energy; (2) We will study network energy optimization and performance guarantee model based on service rate and transmission rate, and setup saving energy theory based on stochastic network; (3) We will study performance of energy optimization model and how to influence network performance, provide performance analysis method and technology for energy saving theory.
